A 25 to 35 minute review and a cleaning rotation spread across the week, so no single day carries it all. The review asks what created flow, where resistance appeared and the one change for next week. The rotation gives Monday to Saturday their own tasks, each with a time range: bathrooms, dusting, floors, the fridge, papers, sheets and towels.

How to print

1. Download your files from the link on your order confirmation page. The link is also in your confirmation email.

2. Open them on a computer in Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free.

3. Follow the instructions page at the front of each file. Print at Actual size or 100%.

4. For the A5 and Personal refills, print on both sides, trim along the corner marks and punch with a six-hole punch.

A heavier paper, 24 to 32 lb, writes best.

Questions

Is anything shipped? No. You download printable PDF pages and print them yourself.

Will it fit my planner? The refills fit A5 (148 x 210 mm) and Personal (95 x 171 mm) six-ring planners. Print and trim one sheet first to check the fit.

Can a print shop print it? Yes. Bring the PDF and ask for actual size. Ask for two-sided printing on the long edge for A5, or on the short edge for Personal.

Can I write on it digitally? The pages are made to print. You can also import the Letter or A4 file into a note-taking app and write with a stylus.
