REFUND + RETURN POLICY

The short version: We stand behind our label quality unconditionally. If your labels arrive damaged, defective, or not as described, we will make it right — no questions asked. We cannot accept returns on undamaged physical products that have been opened or used, or on digital products.

Physical Products — Labels and Organization Tools

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, contact us within 14 days of delivery at returns@ohm.haus with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damage or defect

 

We will offer you the choice of a full replacement, store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method. We will cover the return

shipping cost for defective or damaged items.

 

Unopened Items

Unopened, unused physical products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price,

minus original shipping costs. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Contact us at returns@ohm.haus before returning any item to receive a

return authorization.

 

Opened or Used Items

Due to the nature of our products (adhesive label sheets), we cannot accept returns on opened or used label sets. Label sheets that have been

partially used, removed from packaging, or had any labels peeled are not eligible for return. This does not affect your rights in relation to

defective goods.

 

Wrong Item Received

If we send you the wrong item, contact us within 14 days. We will send the correct item at no charge and provide a prepaid return label for the

incorrect item.

 

Digital Products — Planners, Workbooks, and Downloads

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable due to their immediate delivery and non-returnable nature. This includes the Signal

Audit Workbook, Weekly Flow Guide subscription, Seasonal Calibration Kit, planner PDFs, Reset Cards, Household Manual, and all other

downloadable items.

 

If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading a digital product, contact us at returns@ohm.haus and we will resolve it promptly.

 

Bundles

Bundle refunds are assessed on a per-product basis. If one item in a bundle is defective, that item will be replaced or refunded. Opened items

within a bundle are subject to the same policy as individual opened items.

EU/UK Consumer Rights

If you are purchasing from the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your

goods (the "cooling-off period") under the Consumer Rights Directive (EU) and Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK), without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at returns@ohm.haus before the 14-day period expires. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the

item is defective. Digital products are exempt from this cooling-off right once you have confirmed you want immediate delivery and

acknowledged the loss of cancellation rights.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Email returns@ohm.haus with your order number and reason. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10

business days to your original payment method.
