Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 4pm on a business day will begin processing the following business day. During high-volume periods (new collection launches, seasonal campaigns), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

We ship to most international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are not

included in our prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or control these charges. We

recommend contacting your local customs office for information on applicable rates before ordering.

We are required by law to accurately declare the value and nature of shipment contents on customs forms. We are unable to declare items as

gifts or mark values as lower than the actual sale price.

Digital Products

Digital products (Signal Audit Workbook, planner PDFs, Seasonal Calibration Kit, and all other downloadable items) are delivered electronically to

the email address provided at checkout immediately upon confirmed payment. No shipping charges apply. If you do not receive your download

link within 30 minutes of purchase, check your spam folder and contact us at info@ohm.haus.

Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships. Tracking is available for all domestic orders and most

international destinations. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address

Lost or Delayed Shipments
