1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Ohm.Haus website (ohm.haus) or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our

Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or

use our website.

2. Products and Services

Ohm.Haus sells physical label products (vinyl label sets), digital downloads (planners, workbooks, guides), and related organizational system

materials. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. Actual colors may vary slightly from screen to screen due

to display differences; this is particularly relevant to our printed label materials.

 

We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time, modify pricing, and limit quantities without prior notice.

 

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve

the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or where pricing errors have occurred.

 

All prices are displayed in USD (or the currency displayed in your region). Prices are exclusive of taxes and shipping unless otherwise stated.

Payment is processed securely at checkout. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all amounts due.

 

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and, if the correct price is higher than the price you paid, we will contact you before processing

your order.

 

4. Digital Products

Digital products (Signal Audit Workbook, Weekly Flow Guide, Seasonal Calibration Kit, planner PDFs, and other downloadable files) are delivered

electronically. By purchasing a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use that product for your own

personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share digital products with others or on any platform.

 

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final. Please see our Refund Policy (Document 03) for details.

 

5. Email Subscriptions

By subscribing to the Weekly Flow Guide or other Ohm.Haus email communications, you consent to receive periodic emails from us. You may

unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. We will process your unsubscribe request promptly, typically within 10 business

days.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ohm.Haus website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, label designs, planner designs, the Ohm.Haus Method

framework, the Ω mark, and all associated brand materials — is the intellectual property of Ohm.Haus and is protected by applicable copyright,

trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, or publicly display any content from our website without our prior

written permission, except as permitted for personal, non-commercial use.

 

7. User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

• Transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content

• Attempt to access restricted areas of our systems

• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our site without written permission

• Impersonate Ohm.Haus or any employee, agent, or other person

• Resell or redistribute our products or digital content without authorization

 

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not

limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be

error-free, secure, or continuously available.

The Ohm.Haus Method, Signal Audit, Zone Logic, Reset Routine, and associated frameworks are organizational tools intended to support

household management. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or professional advice. Results will vary based on individual

circumstances.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ohm.Haus and its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect,

incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of

profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our products or website shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve

months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability; in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to

the maximum extent permitted by law.

 

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes

arising under these Terms shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration

in Moon Township, Pennsylvania, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a

court of competent jurisdiction.

For customers in the EU/UK: nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law, including your right to

bring a dispute before the courts of your country of residence.

 

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to our website. Your continued use of our website after changes are

posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via email or website
